jcsrb9 I just received your product and i am very dissatisfied because you charged me $57.12 for two tiny tubes 1.7 oz of the Phytodefrisant hair gel. jcsrb9 @zeacliff i never used poshmark and never will again. This whole process of returning an item is really elaborate on this website. There is like 10 steps i have to do to request a return label. I will do it tomorrow when i am in a better mood. Right now i am too upset. You charged me $57. And sent me 2 tiny trial sizes of the gel. I feel ripped off. Now i got to go through all the trouble dealing with this website which is like a maze. I will never shop this nightmare of a site ever.

zeacliff @jcsrb9 I am very sorry but I am literally dealing with my husband's illness right now. he has a poor prognosis and so I made a mistake because my head wanting the game .I apologize. it is actually quite easy to go thru the steps to get it returned. or as I said I can refund you half what you paid but poshmark has to initiate that as well. I sincerely hope this is the worst thing you ever have to go through.

zeacliff @jcsrb9 no problem. they are usually quite good at getting this done butbyesbif this was the e site I could have done it all myself. it was an honest mistake one which I will pay more attention to. just has been a crazy time for my family right now and I work 3rd shift 12 hrs a night doesnt help. thank you and so sorry.

jcsrb9 I sent this ti poshmark people they are totally ignoring my message about my mailing the product on my own the shipping # is included. Hi! as i said i did not use the return label provided as I dont have printer at home. I mailed the package from my post office and i gave you the tracking number as follows: 9505 5143 6817 1119 2681 03 contact the seller and check with her if she got the package. It should be arriving today the latest.
