lacie510 Sorry you felt your order was only worth 4* ... but it was new, descriped as it was, sent right away, wrapped in tissue and protective plastic bag with a thank you card and something extra. So I'm not sure what made it a 4. I wish you the best and since I strive hard to give the best service, care of item I would like to know what I could have done to have gotten 5*
