slbullock Hi you ordered some capris from me and I noticed that they were out for delivery and taxes and that they were sent back so I don’t know if you initiated it or the post office did or what. I’m contacting Poshmark to see how to handle this situation

karenntexas @slbullock Hello, I'm not sure what happened. I never received the item. We have had extensive flooding in my area and my road. But not sure why the post office didn't wait and try to redeliver if the flooding was the issue

slbullock @karenntexas are you talking about capris? I can relist them if you want. I was a letter carrier for 15 years and in that situation, they should of held them at post office.

slbullock @karenntexas I contacted Poshmark. Not sure what’s going on. I haven’t been paid for them. Still listed as pending. Contact them and explain so you can get refund. Capris are listed at same price you paid before 😄

karenntexas @slbullock I have already paid for those capris. They deducted the money from my account on 9/14/19. You are listed capris that I already paid for..my status states shipment pending. I will notify poshmark that I paid for an item I never received.

slbullock @karenntexas I’ve contacted them 3 times. My payment is pending. I’m asking for shipping label. They should refund you. I’m not keeping them from you. They were sent back to me and they are not answering

slbullock @karenntexas I relisted so you could purchase again. The return label from post office said unknown number on your address. Please talk to your mail carrier. In 2 years I’ve never had this happen. I went through site, since I never got official answers from Poshmark and was able to print a new label. They will go out tomorrow. Again please alert your letter carrier about expecting priority mail package from Cottonwood Arizona so this doesn’t happen again 😊
