formatina @kfalta why did you only rate me 2 stars when your item is wrapped in tissue paper then bubble wrap and then in a bubble wrap mailer and you received a brand new with tag item? You left no explanation and I am curious as to why you said "could improve". I have received nothing but five stars from every buyer except for you so I would like to know how I could improve. u066498 Hello, I see you changed your 5 star rating on the Brighton bangle you purchased from me to 1 star a few hours later. You stated that the clasp was rusted and it wouldn’t close which is not true. I had a 4.9 rated before your 1 star as my descriptions are accurate. I noticed in the comments on your page there was a similar situation with another Posher in May.

kfalta @u066498 Hello Yes, the rating changed. I opened the package I went back to put the bangle on. It did not stay snapped. I saw the rusted out clip. Which I have pictures for you to see.! Let me know how to get the pictures to you.I do not lie as you suggested " You stated that the clasp was rusted and it wouldn’t close which is not true. " That kind of remark just reminds me to remember the sellers which are POSITIVE and to stay on the site and enjoy the selling and purchasing of item.

formatina @kfalta SO why did I get a 2 ⭐rating w/you stating could improve & then just other? You were sent a brand new with tag collector's item in perfect condition. Coach Poppy for Peace wristlet, wrapped carefully in tissue paper & bubble wrap, also a free Coach box which wasn't included in the sale. An explanation would be nice. I'm a 5 star seller for years w/you as the only rating under 5 stars & no explanation. I would appreciate you explaining your reasoning behind this.
