atsealevel Hi, Karen, I'm very sorry you are disappointed in a few things with your order. The item you purchased is brand new, it might have a smell from the dye. I've been quite overwhelmed trying to take care of 4 family members who cannot leave their homes, by having food and supplies delivered and basically begging them to stay home. Anyway, I'm usually faster and better. So I'm really sorry. Best wishes to you and yours to be well. Kat

alwaysposhible @karenb516 I thought you’d like to know about your shipment 🚚 📦 update. According to the USPS website 💻, it states: “Your package is moving within the USPS network and is on track to be delivered by the expected delivery date.
