atsealevel Hi, Karen, I'm very sorry you are disappointed in a few things with your order. The item you purchased is brand new, it might have a smell from the dye. I've been quite overwhelmed trying to take care of 4 family members who cannot leave their homes, by having food and supplies delivered and basically begging them to stay home. According to the USPS website 💻, it states: “Your package is moving within the USPS network and is on track to be delivered by the expected delivery date.
