Hi there, I see you left me just a one star rating for the Dress Barn espadrilles, what was wrong? They were so cute and in almost new condition, shipped in the original box. I can’t think of anything else I could have described or done in packaging. Thanks in advance for your feedback!

@fartmuffin the one star wasn’t for anything wrong with your service. It was for the shoe itself. Although very cute in style, made from very scratchy, hard material. So uncomfortable, can’t be worn.

@karnwes Ok, well I’m at least glad to know that I didn’t do anything wrong. I’ve worn canvas shoes of this type around the house with socks on to break them in, maybe that would help? If not, feel free to use my description and photos to re-posh them. Please reconsider your rating, I’m a consistent 5-star seller and the material used by the manufacturer is not something that I have control of or did anything to misrepresent or conceal. Thank you.

We support each other on posh and you were asked about the product and responded with a vague comment about her service being good -- her but the shoes were scratchy? It’s clear you have a pattern—
