I was wondering how i could make an offer without actually putting my card info input. Thanks for responding. I was getting a bit annoyed. I would like to pay between 30 and 40 dollars for that bag. Should that be all right with you?

mydosgatos @competence3 The one I am selling is listed for for $30. But in general, when you submit an offer, you are required to input a payment method, because if your offer is accepted the sale is considered final. Your card won't be charged if the seller makes a counteroffer unless you agree to it. Some sellers are willing to put items on hold if you are wishing to wait until a certain day before putting in your offer, but you have to ask on a case by case basis. Hope that helps!
