margali Hi Karen. I am concerned about the state of the box. this item was shipped next day of your order. I was all the way revising the transit and I am so sorry it took for ever for usps to get it to you. I must add that, the usps in my town was not allowing people to send any packages for some time after I send my items out. but after all am happy you are got your sandles and that you love them. be blessed, happy holidays 🎄⛄
