hi, I am the Lancôme lipstick seller that you purchased from earlier today. I just got home and checked on the lipstick before I pack it. I notice there is a little dust on there, when I try to wipe it away, it left the mark. You can pick another lipstick from my closet and I’ll ship both to you. If that’s okay. If not will have to cancel your order. Thank you

@lin31397 ok well if it’s not too messed up it’s ok and if you wish to throw in another earth tone or light shade that’s fine too and thanx. I just can’t wear bright pinks reds or dark colors well. Like more light brown earthy tones or muted pinks thanx k

Hi there. We are sorry to hear you did not receive the sweater. Please reach out to Posh as they can help at this point. We are also looking for the tracking info to see what it says. If it shows delivered by post office and you don’t accept within 3 days posh automatically releases funds. Not sure why it would have rated with 5 stars, never heard of that happening.
