bxchristina Hi Karen! Thank you for purchasing the Fossil watch. I am so sorry to deliver this bad news, though. While getting the watch prepared for packaging, it fell and the glass cracked. Then condensation started to collect on the watch face. I am so sorry. I do have another Fossil one for sale and will offer to you at half price, or free shipping...whichever is greater.
