Hi, I sold you the sandals that I believed were a 6.5. I’m trying to process a refund and just contacted Poshmark. I believe you have the option to not accept on your end. Sorry for the confusion.

Update: I just received an email from Poshmark and I was informed the funds have been transferred but they told me if you reach out to them, they can assist you. I don’t have a problem refunding and providing you with the postage to return the item myself. I try my best to provide the highest level of service, even though I’m relatively new to Poshmark.
