alenia20 Hi Karen, I see you have issues with the Birkenstock’s I sent you. These were originally to large for my foot so I only wore them a couple of times. Did you wear them all of December? It never crossed my mind to remove the footbed to look for anything. Thank you for your 1 star rating. All feedback is appreciated. I’m sorry your were unable to inspect them within three day grace period. I would have gladly accepted the return. Best wishes in 2020!

tajmyhauls hi! I went to the post office and shipped the bag several days ago but it was just scanned in today. It was handed directly to an employee but they have seemed to be scanning things in later than normal. I'm not sure if they're operating with less employees due to Covid. I just wanted to keep you updated!
