velvetus1 @blckpicktfnce Thank you for your kind words. I am basically a newbie, but I'll be happy to share what I've learned. 1) I try to show everything I sell in the best possible light. I always try to create a layout with cute accessories. 2) I only sell items free of rips, holes and stains. I don't even like to sell things with pilling. 3) For me, this is the MOST important tip: Add measurements. Make it easy for your customers to know that something will fit.

I have your order ready to send if they would just send me postage. All I can advise is to continue to write them and put in customer service requests. I'm so sorry about this.

When I adopted my current dog, I hired a trainer because she was afraid to go in the car and he used his 2 Aussies to teach her.

You could have bundled them yourself and I would then have made you that offer -OR- after declining the original offer, you could have let me know you still wanted to bundle; but Poshmark will not allow you to buy an item and then bundle after the fact. I'm very sorry that you were unaware of that.

You stated it's a very nice top but were giving 3 stars as I didn't indicate it had gold threading. The description specifically indicates it has gold threading. mzpitty1 I received your complaint from Poshmark! I presented the Pendant EXACTLY ! I even included a 925 18" chain. I have NO CONTROL over how you perceive the necklace should "fit"!!! It was worn by me and hung just as presented in the listing. It seems you have a problem reading description as evidenced by the notes from kimberly 1776.
