loueng I don’t know where she saw free shipping. I’m sure I did not put that. I told her I already shipped so she can return and not accept it. She wanted to know if it was free return. I told her if she did not accept Poshmark would send her a return label. That’s my first complaint and I’m not sure how to handle this besides what I told her.
