I just wanted to let you know that I received your review on the pants this morning. I opened a posh claim on your behalf - if you accept an item you’ve paid for it. Posh will investigate the incident for you and see if they can locate it, if not they will refund your money. Any issues ever, open a claim they support buyers very well.

I just heard back from Poshmark. It seems that since the has been received on your end, they would like you to open a case directly. Apparently when o open the case they can only look into it from my “side” which I, of course, have done nothing wrong. If you open a case with Poshmark, they can review the info and track the package further and you will likely be refunded for the item.Try not to be discouraged by USPS! I assure you Posh is a great platform and greater buyer support.
