@kdank672 Poshmark will automatically charge the customer for shipping. They will email you a label you can print out and put on the package. You can also download it from the "My Sales" link. This label is good for up to 5 pounds. If your package is heavier, you can pay to upgrade the label, so if you have a heavy item, take that into account when you price it.

@kdank672 When you have an item that sells you will get an email from Poshmark with the shipping label, which you then print out, and attach to your package. No you don't get charged for the shipping fee, & it doesn't get taken out of your profits unless you offer a shipping discount. Also mailing boxes are free at the USPS website! Just be sure to get the priority mailing boxes only! No flat rate. USPS will ship your free boxes to you for free as well! Hope this helps!

@kdank672 You can also offer your customers reduced shipping or free shipping when making offers. In that case, you will pay for the shipping. The labels are for priority shipping so you can use the free priority boxes and mailers from the post office. Generic boxes work as well.

@kdank672 There are several sizes to choose from on the USPS site. They have shoes boxes, large boxes, small boxes, etc... If you don't have any boxes you can use your own too, just put the shipping label on it and it will be fine.

@kdank672 You won't get your funds until the package is delivered and the customer accepted your order. This can take several days. You can check your balance and request payment via check or electronically to your bank account.

@kdank672 To send an offer to your likers from your phone app...
- click on an item in your closet, on the bottom right side it shows a price drop icon. Click on “price drop”.
- next it will show “edit listing (public)”, Or “offer to likers (private)”. Select offer to likers.
- next select your offer item price which should be dropped by at least 10% & include a discounted shipping.
