catseyedesign Hey there, I see where you order to jacket from me and where it was delivered to you over a week ago, But payment is still on hold, I was wondering if you knew why this was?

karenmembreno @catseyedesign Hi! The jacket had a strong smokey smell when I received it so I emailed Poshmark about it but I didn’t want to open a case over it because I dry cleaned it & the smell went away. They told me if I didn’t open a case then the payment would be released to you, so I’m not sure why it hasn’t since I didn’t open a case. I just emailed them about it though. Sorry about the delay.

catseyedesign @karenmembreno Thanks so much for getting back to me~ i am so so sorry for the smell~ I had had that jacket since I was 12 years old(29 yrs!) and my parents smoked when I was younger~ I do thank you for getting back to me and sorry for smell ~ super glad it came out in cleaning, its a beautiful jacket!
