ihughes126 That crease was on the picture from normal wear. I did not make the shoes so you can send your complaint to Ugg. My ratings are always 5 stars. You need to buy directly from Nordstrom or Neiman’s if you want a perfect pair. I doubt it will be as cheap as you paid but it will be perfect. Poshmark usually sell second hand. So don’t be a diva about buying second hand items.

ihughes126 @accentinteriors “Karen” I wore these shoes twice as you can tell from the sole. You paid $30 for shoes that are not brand new. So look at the pictures next time before you buy and rate second hand items. I think you don’t fully comprehend what Poshmark is about…
