recyearthsrq Hi Karen, I am trying to understand what is going on with your package and why it hasnt arrived yet.... it shows in it was in your state but that it appears it was re-routed and is now back in NJ.... did you request any changes to your package location? have you tried calling USPS yet to find out whats going on?

cbgal Hi. Yes, I saw that it was in CO, but then somehow got re-routed back East. The current tracking shows in transit...I think I just need to wait a few more days. Believe me, dealing with USPS for a missing package is a lot of hassle (I live where there is no USPS home delivery, so I know all about it), so I am willing to wait. 🤞🏻Thanks for your patience.

cbgal @recyearthsrq I live in the mountains of Colorado; we are in the middle of winter; these pants won't be worn until Spring/Summer, so I can be patient. Thanks for following up.

recyearthsrq i contacted poshmark today about the package... they said that the package had looked like it had stopped tracking and may have been lost in the mail... they said that they were processing you a refund... but i just got a delivery notification that they were actually delivered? Did you receive them? I hope so because those pants were gorgeous.....

cbgal @recyearthsrq Yes, I received an email from Poshmark saying that the package was lost and I would receive a refund; I was disappointed and figured I would reach out to you/Poshmark if the package actually shows up and settle up accordingly. Since we have no mail delivery where I live, I have to go to the Post Office to check and I won't be going there today so I don't know if it was delivered, but the tracking information on-line does not show it being delivered to the Post Office or to my Box.

recyearthsrq no problem.... if you do recieve it just let me know but they have already processed my portion of payment as well... so there would be nothing further you would have to do on your end...

cbgal I went to the post office today; no package. But the USPS tracking says it is now in Denver, which means it will be routed to me in the Mountains over the next few days. I am guessing it could be delivered on Tuesday. We shall see... Thanks for checking in. 😊

cbgal @recyearthsrq I received my pants today. Yes, it seems like it circumnavigated the globe, but it did arrive. 👍 They are great and thank you for the scarf...I wear a lot of navy blue, so it will be a nice summer scarf. I am going to process the acceptance like normal; I had not received a return on my credit card so all is just like normal. Have a good day and thank for your excellent customer service.

cbgal I just tried to accept the order, but it says it was cancelled and will not allow me to "accept". The return has not showed up on my credit card, but it has only been 3 days (including the weekend). Not sure if I should do anything more. I think you said you were paid; correct?
