jbellapparel Hello Karen, I just received a pair of Vittadini slingback pumps which look great and are very comfortable. I am at work and today is the first day I’ve worn them. Unfortunately the left shoe is coming apart. The fabric is separating from the stitching above the baby toe. What can you do to rectify this. Do you have another pair? I am so disappointed because the shoe is perfect for work.

holychicstyle @jbellapparel OMG, I’m so terribly sorry!!!! I thoroughly inspect everything before I list it and never saw there might be a flaw. Unfortunately I don’t have another pair and I’m not sure how to fix the issue. I can only suggest to reach out to Poshmark customer service and see what they suggest to do. Again I am so sorry!
