@melzaccount I am so sorry there were no tags on the item, it is definately a new item, tags might have been lost in transport, I will check to see if he tags had fallen off where I keep my golf inventory. It could be an oversight, never mislead about any of my products. If you like I would be happy to send you another item for the same price from my men’s closet in addition to the the new Greyson shirt I already said. Shame on me that I did not realize the tags had become detached.

You can check the tag and code and see it is the same exact shirt, but like I said if you would like another new men’s shirt and I will continue to look for the original tags that somehow became detached. So sorry for your disappointment.

@joed382 Please forgive my oversight as the tags from your purchase had fallen off and it was my mistake to not have realized that this was a NWT item and to have alerted you to that before I sent. Truly a rare mistake on my end. I have since mailed you anothe NWT Greyson golf shirt, along with the tags from your original purchase. My items are never meant to be misleading. A mistake is just that, a mistake. Any of my items posted NWT are.

@lambsandlions It’s fine and I understand the mix up. I guess I was just disappointed it didn’t have the tags because I was buying it as a gift. I really do appreciate your quick response to this. I will figure out how to change my review and rating. Thanks

@joed382 I totally understand and it kept me up all night as it was an egregious error on my part. Hopefully you can give the other shirt as a gift or perhaps reattach tags to original purchase. My husband owns a pro shop, which does allow me access to new in season items, that I can at times discount. I truly want everyone to be happy with whatever they are purchasing. Trust me I shop on posh too and have more than my share of disappointing experiences.
