drew_ca Karen, I recently put in an offer for the western Pendleton. Upon second look of the dimensions of the size I don't believe it will be a good fit for me. I apologize if I've inconvenienced you at all. Would you be so gracious as to allow me to opt out of the purchase? I can't do anything about it as I put an offer in and that makes it binding for me. Is there any way we can manage to work this out?
