karenscloset80 @cindywenzinger I just checked my closet and this was totally my mistake. I am so sorry! Somehow I packaged the wrong shoes and the silver pumps are still here. I’ll contact Posh for a new shipping label and ask them to send you a shipping label to return the wrong shoes to me. Thanks for letting me know and I apologize for this crazy mistake.

cindywenzinger @karenscloset80 oh thank god I have tried my best to fix this through Poshmark and could not get any satisfaction this gold ones are adorable but the heel is to high for me so please let me know what to do next you have no idea how much a relief this is for me they are for my granddaughters wedding in 2 weeks

karenscloset80 @cindywenzinger did Posh send you a return label to return the wrong shoes? The gold shoes are still labeled Sold in my closet. I’m not sure how to go about reselling them until the Sold label is removed. I asked them and they said that they would get back to me.

cindywenzinger Karen just ended up being so unfair to me now they refunded my money and I still don’t have my shoes I sent back your shoes you should receive them I sent a tracking so they had the receipt and now they refunded my money and I have no shoes help with part of that’s fair

karenscloset80 @cindywenzinger since the shoes still have the “Sold” label on them, I will send them out with my own money. I’m so sorry about this oversight but glad that your money was refunded and your only cost for the silver shoes will be the postage for the return of the wrong shoes.
