karenlamore Thanks for your response and counteroffer. I don't question the value of your item. I just have to watch the money and limit my bids to what an item is worth to me. I am very familiar with the brand and it's high quality, but I'm not familiar with this specific item, and not finding it elsewhere to try to get a complete idea of the fabric & fit. As such, it's a buyer beware for me, so I have to adjust my maximum bids according to this risk.

slo_style @karenlamore Thanks for the interest. Wish I had more information for you. Not sure if you saw the measurements that might help determine how it’d fit. The fabric blend can be seen in the photos as well. I’ve sold this brand quite a bit myself and this item is definitely built to last. Better quality than I’ve come across. Item is in mint condition. karenlamore @slo_style Great to hear from you again. Thanks for your patience. I love Mountain Hardwear, but I have 8s that fit and 12s that are too tight! From your measurements, this sounds unusually large for an XL, so perhaps it's meant to be just an outer jacket? Noticing the hybrid fabrics, overall is it like a softshell that is more stiff & less stretchy, or is it very stretchy like a compression top, or is it just a soft flexible fleece with moderate stretch that can be any layer? Thanks!!
