deidrestorm @faracskaren21 Hello, I just received my kitchen canisters in the mail today and I’m not able to pull anything out of the box because the two bigger canisters are shattered. My heart is also shattered 💔 I really hope we can get this resolved. Never purchased anything on here before so not sure if I just directly get with you on the issue or do I need to go through the actual customer service department.

faracskaren21 @deidrestorm You do have to go through customer service. Don't worry we will resolve everything. The canisters are delicate because they are so old.See what is broken.
