gloriagrape This is Gloria. You just purchased the Sweaty Betty item from me. The item was ABSOLUTELY washed with Zum alergen free detergents. That was not pet hair. Perhaps it was down from our comforters or pillows that you saw. I rolled that item constantly when I owned it. It attracts fiber. That was very unnecessary to give me such a low rating. As you can see, all of my other ratings are high. I will also complain to POSHMARK.
