poshitivefinds Hi Karen. Looks like shipment of the BaByliss flat iron was hung up in Houston postal system. I shipped 3 items same day and 2 are still in transit. Sorry for the delay but I guess “Tis the Season”! I’ll keep monitoring shipping and hopefully it will arrive SOON! 😩

poshitivefinds Such a nightmare. Slocomb po doesn’t take cr cards by phone. Returning item to me (I must pay $19 to receive!). I’ve notified PM to cancel order & issue refund to you but that may take a few days. In meantime, you can cancel order on your end on 8th day after purchase. Go to FAQ “Cancel order for delayed shipping”. That is probably best & fastest way. I am so incredibly sorry. 😫

poshitivefinds @karenwilliam426 I asked po to return it to me, but if they still have it, I would gladly reimburse you the $19 if you want to pick it up. I can send you a check or money order as soon as you accept it on PM. This has been a nightmare, and I feel terrible about it.

poshitivefinds Hi Karen! I just mailed your postage reimbursement so you should have it in a couple of days. I’m still waiting to hear from my 2 inquiries to Poshmark...so much for their customer service!! My post office said I could file a claim online but likely it will be denied. This has truly been an eye-opener for me. Sorry you had to be my learning point! Thx for 5-star rating and for your patience & understanding. 🥰

Select varieties of tops and pants and skirts are but you need to tell me which pieces you're interested in before I pack everything up. The entire package isn't $12
