poshbuylove @karenodom01 no worries! Yes go to your purchase order in the app, click problems/order inquiry then click poshmark support. Tell them what happened and they will respond within 48 hours. 🙂 if this doesn’t work just let me know ❤️ just be as detailed as possible with them about what happened with the ring 🙂❤️
