@ccbixler I am understanding it’s difficult to do a return. I like the bag, I’ll work on getting rid of the smell and fixing the zipper...I was told to use charcoal for the odor?

@kahukl I’m sure you are aware the bags in hollyvoxf2003 are fake but he’s a scammer on here daily with the same bags! Hope you didn’t buy from him. Posh will remove the closet but they take way too long!
