armstrongselene @1914hazels Oh no. We just purchased this house and this is the 2nd time this has happened. last time they did deliver even though they said it would be returned. We'll check with the PO tomorrow. I really want the bag. If you receive it back, please resend and I'll pay the additional fees. I apologize for the inconvenience. justbagit I was packing your bag to send in the mail and I was going to talk to shoulder strap inside the bag and I think this is new but I never noticed it before., There is A small, very small white spot on the strap by the buckle. I got most of it off, It may come totally off with further scrubbing but I wanted to know if you still want the bag.Again it is very small. Please advise. The rest of the bag is Christine, brand new never used as described
