vivicollection Hey Karen! thanks for your purchase of the ugg shoes- I am so excited for you to have them they are such a unique pair of shoes!- Since they are vintage- one of the shoes has a beige lace with a beautiful black design and the other shoe has just a black lace. They were customized to go according to this way- since they go hand in hand with each other! Just wanted to let you know and will be shipping today or tomorrow! Thanks again.
