eccentricannie @kallie4378 no bother at all. I would check the Frequently Asked Questions area, and if Ai didnt find anything there, send an email through help. Ill look and see if I can find anything about it

eccentricannie @kallie4378 I just had another posher ask a similar question. I suspect it may be a scam. Go to your account page and check your sales. Definitely reach out to customer support to verify. they are great and respond quickly.

kallie4378 @eccentricannie Omg, a scam meaning what? Should I be worried about my debit card being hacked or anything? I’m so stressed out trying to figure this out! I tried to contact customer support but they don’t get back to you for 3 days! I tried to do the verification again and it still wouldn’t work! I wonder if they can’t verify me because it’s my husband’s name on the card? What do you suggest I do now? Thank you so much for responding back, I appreciate it so much!

eccentricannie @kallie4378 I messaged customer support about something (nor a situation like yours) and they said up to 3 days, but they responded the same day. As a precaution, you should call yout bank. So sorry youre going through this.

kallie4378 @eccentricannie I know…me too! 😞 I am going to have to try contacting them tomorrow! Maybe I will have a better chance to get someone from customer support on the phone right away because it will be Monday! Well thanks so much again for trying to help, I truly appreciate it!
