I noticed you asking her I had same issue, i waited almost a month, she promised to ship then cancelled because I finally asked for an exact ship date, after waiting so long. kari4426 Hi She did the EXACT thing to me! I waited a month, I kept asking her when shipping would be she either ignored my questions or made excuses, was out of town, busy, etc would say I promise it will be in the mail tomorrow. she stopped responding to me but kept in contact with answering people's questions to make new sales. I told her if your busy why do you have time to answer peoples questions? the amount of time that your on the computer you could package and ship my items.

kari4426 I waited over a month and countless messages to ruby70 and she never shipped my items, I honestly can't believe she's still a member on here because she gets a lot of complaints, terrible customer service, excuse after excuse why she didn't ship item out. My order was cancelled.
