karisander79 @darceynix 7 days from the purchase if you haven't received them you can go to the order and dispute the order as not received and they will refund you your money back.This has happened to me before and I got my money back after 7days.i understand how it's frustrating that you put your money out there and may not receive something and in the meantime not knowing and not being able to use that money for another pair if you don't get these.
