Hi Kari. I was packaging your sonicare brush last night an noticed a nick in the electrical cord. It’s probably been like that for as long as I’ve had the thing, but never noticed. I repaired the area with some electrical tape. I can cancel the order, if you would like, but wanted to let you know before I shipped.
