Hi Kari! ☺️ Thank you for your purchase. It is greatly appreciated. I had to upgrade the label, the boots packaged, is over 5 pounds. I requested an upgrade, this morning, and still haven't heard from them. 😣Your order is ready to be shipped. I sent them an additional email, telling them I haven't received the upgrade label. They sent me a form email saying they will contact me within 24 hours. Now your boots may not go out until Monday. 🙄 I hope this is not an inconvenience. ☹️

Hi Kari. Would you let me know if you got my last comment? This is one of the features I don't like about PM. I can't contact you directly. I wanted to get the package out today, but couldn't because I didn't have the upgraded label. I did finally get it...after the PO was closed. I take care of my 85-year-old father and Saturday mornings are very rough for me, so I won't be able to make it to the post office until Monday. I usually get my items out immediately. I'm so sorry. 😢

I am sorry to bother you, because t could you please let me know as soon as you get the boots. I’m really upset 😠 with the postal service. Every time I’ve handed off a box to be shipped to this one particular postal employee. It gets lost in the tracking system. Number one it gets sent o Elk Grove Village. Which it should not ever be sent there. You’re in Indiana right? No way you shouldn’t have gotten them Saturday or even yesterday.

I don’t mean to be NOSEY. Just wanted to let you know the boots you asked if they were still available, like 3 days ago. They’re $180. From Dolls Kill. Dolls Kill still has all sizes and they’re only$150 on their site. I get it if sellers jack up prices on items that are rare and hard to find. Sometimes I think they go a bit overboard. But that’s just my opinion lol. It makes me mad when prices are jacked up and items are still available.

I wanted to ask how did the JC boots I sold you work out? I have to admit I kind of regretted selling them afterwards. But I just have so so so many pairs of shoes/boots. My husband had them insured as a private collection lol!! Once I hit the 205 mark he lost his mind lol! I have about 20 or so pairs I’m going to be listing soon!!
