@rosimom I need help on a purchase I made and tried to cancel right away once I realized they will be to small. I sent 3 emails that day and tried to cancel the order. No response money is already out of my bank.

@kariella then if it has shipped, you just wait for it to arrive, meanwhile go to your purchases, click on that purchase and click on problem inquiry and continue messaging Poshmark support help explaining that you canceled it right away before it shipped and it wouldn’t allow you. Hope that helps, and sorry about your problem 😐
