If in any way you feel that what you purchased is not what you received, do not accept. Open a case against me. To try to encompass everything about something not brand new in a couple of paragraphs is virtually impossible. Your only recourse is to open a case. Most shoppers on here don’t understand this. So integrity gets watered down and no one trusts anyone.
