emm8818 hi! thank you for your offers. i am happy to give the items at the price you are offering, but you should bundle them together so you would pay one shipping fee instead of two separate ones. cancel your offers, bundle these items and resend your offer.

angela_potter @kariherrera69 you can mark the item shipped under the sale. Are you wanting to send the buyer an additional message saying you shipped it?

kariherrera69 @angela_potter yes,both to say shipped and to let her know. I guess it said shipped after I took it to Post Office. Does it do that on its own? It already said shipped. Also how so I let the buyer know? And how do I offer discount on my clothes. So I can get rid of them.

angela_potter @kariherrera69 yes...if you don’t mark it shipped, then it will automatically update once the label has been scanned by USPS. You can offer buyers a discount by creating a bundle for individuals who have liked an item and send them an offer that way. Or you can participate in the promotions that Poshmark runs from time to time and get offers to your buyers that way. Hope that helps some!

kariherrera69 @angela_potter hi , I don’t know how to offer a discount on bundle. I would like to offer a public discount if they buy 3 items or more I will do 20 % off . Is that good? But I don’t know how to do it

angela_potter @kariherrera69 under your main main go to My Seller Tools and the top thing will be My Seller Discounts. It’s up to you what you want to offer, but I think 10% off 2 or more and 20% off 3 or more are fairly common. I will create a bundle for you with an item from my closet and then comment on that bundle how to send out offers.

kariherrera69 @angela_potter ok thank you. That helped a lot! I did the buy 2 and 10 % discount. Now when I go back and try to do buy 3 and get 20% discount I can’t figure how to do that and keep the first discount of 2 with 10% discount. Thanks for your help 🤗
