your shoes should start tracking tomorrow I thought would have today but I forgot that it is presidents day I sent them out Saturday but my post office was closed when I dropped the in the out going box inside so they should start tracking tomorrow since they were closed today

@pamnels45, you stated 3 days ago these would be shipped and here it is and they still haven’t been shipped. Will I be getting my money back or are you going to ship them? This is the second pair of shoes I have tried to get from posher and they never shipped them.

@bcat232002 I have responded to the post you sent me I am so sorry for this I have contacted poshmark and my local post office on this these have been shipped and I have been working on this since Wed. trying to find out what the problem is I an sorry I think you have an option to cancel after 7 days and I will see if I can cancel

@bcat232002 however due to me contacting posh I don't know if I can cancel that order or how to go about it ive never had this issue befor and when I contacted posh mark they messaged that if I hadn't found the order by March 4 to let them thats crazy however because I don't have your funds they don't get released to me until you have received the item

@bcat232002 I am very sorry for this I know it is frustrating to you and you shouldn't have to deal with it im the seller I am the one who is responsible for keeping thos matter taken care of however I do apologize because I'm not sure what I'm suppose to do I have contacted posh I checking now to see how I can cancel your order I'm very sorry for all of this.

@bcat232002 I have tried to cancel and the only way is if I state that the item hasn't shipped however I'm going to message poshmark in the comments section and explain that they have been shipped but not received or able to track it states that I have to mark it not shipped I will go ahead and do that and it should release your funds from poshmark and then if you receive the item dont worry about pay for them because you should not have had to deal with this issue.
