Hi there, I see you canceled the Chrome Jacket order though it has already been shipped. I contacted Poshmark ASAP to inform them that UPS in Beaverton, Oregon is behind on processing orders due to a major unexpected snowstorm that took place here. Given the item is shipped, would you still like a refund? If so, will you return the jacket to me? I'm sorry for the shipping inconvenience. I honestly do pride myself on customer service and fast shipping. I have all 5 star ratings to reflect that.
