Hi, Karin. The dark blue Avenue top has elastic around the scooped neckline to form the gathers in the blouse. Armpit to Armpit is 28" without expanding the gathers. Circumference around the body at the bustling would be 56" without expanding the elastic.

Karin, I am sorry I forgot to measure the medium blue top with the striped sort-of peplum at the bottom. It too is 28" (56" circumference"). I have to say I am a little surprised that there is much consistency top to top. I am new at Poshmark, so let me know if you need anything more from me.

Hi Karin! As I was shipping your purchase today I noticed some slight grey spots on one of the cups up at the top! I tried washing it and it didn’t come out (not sure what it is)😔.
