perenpurpose @tattooedvixen I just answered this for someone else- it's a common confusion. They could make an offer themselves, but you are welcome to make one in an effort to entice them to buy.

perenpurpose I think some use it like an online cart - they might put some things in a bundle and then keep shopping (possibly forgetting what they bundled) or while they think about it.

perenpurpose If you make an offer, they can counter or decline or it just expires after 24 hours. Hope that helps!

perenpurpose @tattooedvixen totally not a bother. Nothing to do after shipping than wait. you can track it through the app & it will say when it was delivered. the buyer is supposed to claim the item within 3 days. PM will pay you your share once it is claimed or after 4 days.
