funstuff50 @lngail morning! Admittedly i had never heard of it either. Never been a fan of creme shadows but this is 1st one I have loved. goes on great. Blends well with each other as well as my regular shadows over it. doesn't crease and lasts all day. I researched. LOC is a new brand by Birchbox in collaboration with YouTuber Tati.

funstuff50 @lngail Since birchbox has a deal with Walgreens, you can buy there. $60 price point from birchbox. Walgreens sells exact set for $36. I will be readjusting my post. Thanks for the question actually, interesting what i found out, I learned alot😊 So I would say high end drug store?
