hi Karin, I just noticed that you purchased the coach bag and boots from me and when I was packing them up to ship I realized that they were purchased from same person. Just to let you know that in the future if you are purchasing from the same seller you should bundle up the items so that you can save on shipping costs. Hi Karin I just saw the review you left. I’m so happy you love the dress but I’m so sorry that the dress did not arrive in a condition my self would expect. I do want you to know that was dry cleaned prior to sending it to you with a at home dry cleaning kit. If I had seen that it would never have never been sent in that condition without mentioning it to you. In this case I would be willing to take it back and offer a refund. Let me know.
