thriftypancake Karin, I steam everything but that’s just what happens when something is shipped. It wrinkles. Disappointed that you would give me a less than perfect rating for wrinkles, especially with the great deal I gave you and fast shipping.

kessa68 @thriftypancake Oh i've only purchased about 40 items so far, and hadn't experienced one wrinkled - i appreciate the $40 deal, but it's still a lot for an item that may not be wearable. I gave you 3 stars - which is neutral, didn't downplay you, just wanted to be honest to help. I'm new, so sorry if that wasn't appropriate, thought a 3 was a neutral fair rating. <3.

thriftypancake @kessa68 it’s not unwearable. There was no creasing or damage to the finish. I don’t sell things that are unwearable... ever. If you felt it wasn’t unwearable, you could have opened a case for return. Thanks for the extra star, but I still feel you’ve been unfair and I’ll just make sure not to do business with you again.

thriftypancake @kessa68 Posh is a social platform. We are small individuals earning money for our families, not huge corporations. Ratings help us grow our business and directly impact sellers. Fairness goes both ways, and I avoid doing business with “Karens.” Hopefully you will only shop from sellers who can have magic wrinkle-free shipping powers in the future. I wish you the best - really, but ask that you don’t shop my closet in the future.

kessa68 @thriftypancake don't worry about it, won't shop you at all - you came to attack me because you didn't like your 3 star rating with my message explaining that the "pleather" jacket that is totally wrinkled can't be unwrinkled. That is your fault. I've generously given you 4 stars and you are still attacking me. You sent an unwearable wrinkled pleather jacket for $40 and are complaining although I gave you 4 stars after your attack. Back off.
