k4672 @bzie sure, you can go to the item you are interested in and click offer and put in the price you want to pay, if you are interested in multiple items you can click the add to bundle button it looks like a little shopping bag with a plus sign and get combined shipping.

k4672 @bzie I don’t think there’s any way a buyer can offer lower shipping but you can request it from the seller. Hope that helps, let me know if you have anymore questions, it can definitely seem overwhelming at first but you figure it out quickly :)
