Hey girl! I dropped your purchases off at the PO on Jan 1st and assumed they would scan it out and ship it on the 2nd. On my end it still says that your purchases are "pending USPS scan". I just wanted to check and see if you had gotten them yet! I figured it was just a mistake on their end, like it didn't get scanned or something like that!

Haven't gotten them. I'm working all day so not home to check but USPS has been slow at Scanning. I've gotten some packages where they only scanned when delivered and usually a few days late. I'll keep you posted but I'd give a few more days for USPS to get there act together.

@karibuy @liz2381 II am going to go by my PO on Monday and see what the deal is. I dropped about 8 packages off at the same time and 5 of them still have no tracking information. I'm hoping it is just a fluke thing and I can get it resolved easily!

@karibuy Oops! That's what I get for using copy and paste! I feel like a dork. I'm trying to let everyone that I shipped to that day know I'm not slacking on getting packages out! Very frustrating when USPS doesn't scan things like they should.

@karibuy I went by the P.O. today and a report was filed for the missing package! They are supposed to get back with me in a day or so. If I don’t hear something by tomorrow I’m going back. They said my labels could have been “unreadable”, but I know they were perfectly fine. If for some reason the packages get rerouted to me, I will let you know. I am praying that it will just be found and sent on to you in the next day or so.

@karibuy I have been checking back with the P.O. everyday but there hasn’t been any progress. I have contacted poshmark and am waiting to hear back from them on where to go from here. I read about an instance online where the buyer and the seller were both paid because the package was never recovered. I’m not sure what they’ll do in this situation, but hopefully they’ll get back to me soon and let me know. This is so beyond frustrating and I am so sorry this happened!

@karibuy Poshmark got back with me a little bit ago. They are going to issue you a refund for the purchase. If the package finds its was back to me I will forward it on to you. It’s still possible that it could show up at your address, but there is really no way of knowing.
