On the app: Step 1: Click on your Account Tab Step 2: Select My Sale Step 3: Select Problems/Order Inquiry Step 4: Select Cancel Order Step 5: Select reason for cancellation to cancel the order. designer4us @karinatal When the seller cancels the other person is reimbursed right away. It's up to you if you'd like to do. If not it's ok. I never find my size in Boots do I was really hoping to purchase. I was trying to put my card info and all of a sudden it was purchased. Posh sent me a message that my offer was accepted.
