I hope you can help me out, you welcomed me so warmly when I began, and now I’m a bit stuck.....I had a customer who wanted an item and I agreed to sell it to her with the original price and reduced shipping, I couldn’t figure out how to do that - she offered 2 different very low prices that I declined and then asked about reduced shipping with the original price, I agreed, but couldn’t figure out how to do this for her.....I hope you can help! Thanks
